    Pay Range: $45,000.00 Yearly

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Provide quality psychotherapy to children who are experiencing mental illness or behavior problems. Services are provided in a variety of settings including the clinic, school, and home, with an emphasis on home based services.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Provide direct service/ psychotherapy to children mental health clients, including group, individual, family, collateral, consultation, and psychoeducation.
    • Maintain agency expectation for productivity.
    • Complete intake/screening/assessment process.
    • Develop person-centered treatment plans for clients, and complete all required documentation, including OTRs and other paperwork associated with service authorization.
    • Complete all correspondence in a timely fashion.
    • Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings providing feedback on all pertinent cases.
    • Maintain agency expectation for productivity.
    • Document all services provided in accordance with agency standards.
    • Maintain positive, professional relationships with referral sources, clients and coworkers, adhering to Code of Ethics and agency policies.
    • Handle crisis situations as they arise.
    • Maintain an expert knowledge base regarding current practices and research.
    • Flexible work schedule (to include evenings and weekends).
    • On call, as needed, for ACSU mobile/walk-in services.
    • Utilize referral sources and receive referrals as appropriate.
    • Be a team member on agency and local committees as needed/assigned.
    • Fulfill agency and/or board requirements (including but not limited to exams, education, and supervision).
    • Perform other related work as required and assigned.
